You agree to comply with all terms, policies, and guidelines established by these respective third-party platforms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any ad account if we, or the third-party platform, determine you have violated applicable policies.

3.2 Funding and Credit Lines

The core feature of JustCredit involves managing funds in a centralized wallet and extending credit lines for advertising spend. All requests for funding, transfers, and credit extensions are subject to our approval, KYC/AML review, and risk assessment.

By utilizing our credit lines, you agree to repay all utilized amounts in accordance with the billing cycle and terms communicated to you in your specific account agreement.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Billing

You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with the Services as outlined in our pricing plans or your customized agreement. All payments must be made in the agreed-upon currency via our authorized payment processors.

4.2 Failed Payments

If your payment method fails, we may suspend your access to the Services, interrupt funding to your active campaigns, and pause your advertising accounts until the outstanding balance is resolved.

4.3 No Refunds

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or determined at our sole discretion.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities
• Promote restricted, prohibited, or unlawful content in violation of third-party advertising network policies
• Attempt to hack, manipulate, or circumvent our billing, wallet, or security systems
• Share or resell your certified ad accounts without our explicit written consent

6. Intellectual Property

The JustCredit platform, including its original content, features, analytics tools, and dashboard interfaces, are the exclusive property of JustAd AI, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JustAd AI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• The suspension, banning, or restriction of your ad accounts by third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok)
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content and analytics

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms or a violation of third-party advertising policies.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Any outstanding balances or drawn credit lines must be paid immediately upon account closure.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide formal notice of any material changes via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
